The Gables is a facility offering a diverse range of services to people with a multitude of disabilities.

The day services are designed to meet the individuals own needs via consultation with the individuals care workers and outside agencies.

We offer a varied range of day care service which can be anything from a days art and craft to a full week of varied activities.

Whatever the interest we can design a programme to develop the individual at their own pace.

The day care service is not just a training workshop but also a social network whereby the clients can meet and interact with other clients who enjoy the same activities.

The following are some of the activities on offer;

POTTERY, ART AND CRAFT, EMBROIDERY, FISHING, HORTICULTURE,
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, INTERNET SKILLS, FLOWER ARRANGING etc

These are just a few of the activities on offer, any activities that may be requested will be considered if it is felt that this will improve the skills of the clients.

Care staff are on duty each day to care for the needs of clients with a physical disability or high care needs.

Transport to and from the centre is included in the price.
